If less than 24 hours notice is given  to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you might  be charged the cancellation fee - half the cost of your massage treatment, if cancellation made 12 hours prior appointment time or no show - full price of appointment will be charged. Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours prior appointment online, after that time - contact directly via txt/call 0224575947 or email lpmassagetherapynz@gmail.com.

Please be aware that when booking an appointment on the same day, it is considered set - if  cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying the full price of the appointment.

If you are late - It helps a great deal if you call or message. Please note if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually provided, you will be responsible for the full session.
